Returns & Refunds

Clear Coat Rescue™ is committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you wish to return an item, please review the following return policy to ensure your request meets the criteria. For assistance or to obtain the required RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, contact Clear Coat Rescue™ Customer Service at (949) 981-3464.


Authorized Return Period

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Clear Coat Rescue™ accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.


Product Condition for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

  • An RMA number is required for all returns and will be issued by a Clear Coat Rescue™ Customer Service Representative.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Damaged Merchandise

Clear Coat Rescue™ is not responsible for merchandise damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions. Returns for such items will not be accepted.


Credits, Refunds, and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to the original payment source.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If free shipping was applied to your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy for Chemicals

  • All chemical products (e.g., cleaners, compounds) must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.
  • Opened or used chemical products are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

  1. Request RMA: Contact Clear Coat Rescue™ at (949) 981-3464 (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST) to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Prepare Items: Pack all items securely in a sturdy shipping carton (original packaging is preferred).
    • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  3. Include Invoice: Enclose a copy of your invoice with the RMA number written on it.
  4. Ship to:

  5. Use a traceable and insurable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Disclaimer

Clear Coat Rescue™ aims to ship orders within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST typically ship the same day (excluding weekends). For urgent shipping requests or Saturday delivery, please call Customer Service for assistance (additional charges may apply).


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Inspect Immediately: Do not sign for damaged packages without inspecting the contents.
  • Report Issues: Contact Clear Coat Rescue™ or the carrier (e.g., UPS) within 24 hours for assistance with damaged or lost shipments.
